Other forms of commercially available ground coffee start to lose their flavour the moment they come in contact with air.
Moreover, each capsule contains the exact quantity of coffee that’s needed to make a perfect cup, thus ensuring that the taste remains consistent cup-after-cup.

Coffeeza capsules are compatible with Coffeeza Lattisso™ machines as well as Nespresso Original(r) machines.
In short, the answer is NO. Just like you, even we hate nasty additives. That’s why all that Coffeeza capsules contain are our premium blends of freshly roasted and ground coffee to give you that ultimate enjoyable experience.
Our capsules have a shelf life of 18 months from manufacturing date, when stored under proper conditions.

Coffeeza capsules are made from recyclable material, which can simply be placed in your recycling bin after removing the lid and emptying the used coffee grounds. (Tip: utilize the coffee grounds in your garden as a natural fertiliser).

Our machines are built using high grade components and we hope that they’ll last you a long time. Still, for your complete peace of mind, we provide a free one year warranty from the purchase date, covering manufacturing defects.

Minerals that are present in water, like calcium and magnesium, pass through the coffee machine and over time get deposited inside the machine as limescale. Descaling is the process of removing that mineral buildup. This ensures that your cup of coffee always tastes exactly how it should and also helps prolong the life of your machine.

Make sure that the milk frother jug is clean prior to use. For quality milk froth we recommend using whole or semi-skimmed milk sold in Tetrapak(R) packaging. If using refrigerated milk, we advise you to allow it to arrive at normal room temperature before frothing it.

You can place a request to return your order within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please note that for the return to be processed, the product should be in the same condition as it was received by you, and should be in the original packaging accompanied by original invoice. Once your Coffeeza order is placed and the payment is processed, you will get a system generated email. This email will mention your order number and a link that will enable you to track your order.
